  It took Sears 1 month and 10 days to track down the compressor which was ordered by the technician on the 1st visit. An experience with Sears customer service to track down compressor was horrible. Every time I call them, I used to get different and false information. It took Sears 1 month to figure out that they need to re-order compressor with as first order was on backorder for a month. No one from Sears had an idea about when will the compressor be available and that's the most stressful part as you have no idea what's going to happen and how long it is going to take to fix the refrigerator.
  
  Sears really needs to step up with their after sales service if they want the customers coming back to them.
