  Kerry,in girls children's clothing, was exceptional with her customer service. She greeted me immediately, took care of my problem and, as a result, I wound up purchasing 2 more items. 10 stars+ Unfortunately, in men's shoes, there was no one to be found at all thus losing a purchase of men's shoes my son was looking to get.
