  The day I initially went in was great. I was able to get in without an actual appointment. All went well with the doctor's appointment and selection and fitting for sunglasses.
  
  I asked for my eyeglass prescription upon leaving.
  I was provided it without the PD number. When I called back I was first told I couldn't have it; it was only for in-house use. Mysteriously, I was hung up on. When I called right back Kelly didn't acknowledge she'd hung up on me; asked for my DOB, and then told me I'd have to come in for the number due to privacy laws.
