  Initially the bill was incorrect. After a call to the corporate office, it was updated and corrected. If you rent from this place, ask for a detailed review of the contract before signing and KEEP YOUR COPY.

  This is the BEST AVIS location in Charlotte to Rent any kind of SUV or Full size car. I have Rented from other locations in The Area with difficulty. I have never had any Issues or problems with this AVIS Location. I have rented 3 times this year and all 3 times have been very pleasant. I have been pleased with the Friendly and Professional Customer Service as well the rental vehicles have been immaculate. I would Highly recommend this location for the exceptional service and supurb quality of the rentals, very clean and smells as such.They are also open for business on Sunday . This is my " GO TO" Location for ALL of my Rental needs.Thank you for Reading my Review.
