  They have a very wide selection of merchandise and a lot of it looks very nice. Some of it does seem to be a little on the cheap side. The main reason for a lower score is that we did not get any follow up from any of the sales team and we felt like they only cared if we were going to spend money that day. We must have spoken to 5 or 6 different sales people in all the times we visited. Not one person asked for our information and maybe 2 of the 5 gave us a card. We also did not like the warranty program they offered. They may as well not offer anything! We did end up purchasing from another store on furniture row and one of the main factors we went back to that store to purchase was that our sales guy followed up with us and cared about what we wanted and needed. He also worked with us at our pace. (Check out my Havertys review) rooms to go really lost out with us because not only are we furnishing a 5 bedroom close to 3000 sq ft home but some of our family members just had new homes built and will be looking for new furniture very soon.... maybe not all in one day but over the next few months. We now have a salesman that we will be working with at a different store for ALL of our needs. Rooms to go really needs to change their warranty to keep up with their competition but also their customer service
