  Let me start by saying that I take a very long time to make a decision about any kind of purchase. That being the case, I rarely find a salesman at a dealership that is patient enough for my liking.
  
  Luis at South Charlotte Mazda was one of those rare finds. He was very patient with me and he never seemed to be bothered when I came in on multiple occasions to look at and drive a number of different vehicles. I had another dealership offering me a better deal and I chose purchase with Luis because of his knowledge about the product and his willingness to deal with me without giving off a hint of agitation. A big thank you to Luis, and also Mark, who seemed happy to drop everything he was doing to help deliver my new Mazda when I showed up unexpectedly.
